1. За Бояры, по двести четвертей за чело­веком, за Окольничимии за Думными дьяки, по сту по пятидесяти четвертей за человеком. За Стольники, и за Стряпчими, и за Дворя­ны Московскими и за дьяки, и Московских стрельцов за Головами, и за степенными, и за путными ключники, по сту четвертей за человеком. За дворянами из городов, которые слу­жат по выбору, по семидесят четвертей за человеком. За жильцы и за стремянными конюхи и за сотники Московских стрельцов, по пятидесят четвертей за человеком. За дворовыми людьми, за стряпчими, и за ситники и Царицына чину, за детьми Бояр­скими, с поместных их окладов со ста четвертей по десяти четвертей.
2. А которые помещики всяких чинов похотят меж себя поместьи своими денятися, и им о расписке тех своих меновных поместей бить челом Государю, и че­лобитные о том подавать в Поместном Приказе за руками.
3. А менять поместья Московским вся­ких чинов людям с Московскими же всяких чинов людьми, и с городовыми дворяны и детьми Боярскими и с иноземцы, четверть на четверть, и жилое на жилое, и пустое на пустое, а нежилое на пустое, и те их меновные поместья меж ими росписывать по их полюбовному челобитью и по заручным челобитным. А где у кого в мене перейдет сверх мены и лишние немногие четверти, и те немногие четверти по тому же за ними по их полюбовному челобитью расписывать.
4. А будет которые помещики и вотчин­ники поместные или вотчинные свои земли учнут менять, которых монастырей Архимандритом и Игуменом, и Строителем с братьей, на монастырские вотчинные земли, и учнут те помещики и вотчинники и Архимандриты и Игумены и Строители с братьей, бить челом Государю тех меновых земель об расписке, и по их полки бовному челобитью и по заручным их че­лобитным такие земли за ними потому же расписывать.
5. А которые помещики и вотчинники вели­ких чинов учнут меж себя меняти вотчинные земли, на поместные земли, или по­местим земли на вотчинные земли, и учнут бить челом чтобы по их челобитью те их земли расписати, поместную землю в вотчину, а вотчинную землю в поместье, и до тому их полюбовному челобитью те земли за ними росписывать же, против того же, как о том писано выше сего.
6. А будет кто с кем поместьем по­меняется, или кто кому вотчинную свой зе­млю променяет на поместную землю, и те­ми своими меновыми землями учнут вла­деть по записям, а в Поместном Прика­зе не расписался, и кто из них один умрет, а другой останется, и учнет тех меновных земель бить челом о расписке, и в таких меновных землях отказывать, и тех меновых земель за ними после умерших не расписывать.
7. А будет кто учнет Государю бить челом о расписке меновного своего поместья, или вотчины со крестьянку а выменяет он на то свое жилое поместье, или на вотчину поместную, или вотчиную пустую землю, а про крестьян жилого своего поместья или вотчины напишет, что ему крестьян из поместья своего свести на иную свой поме­стную землю, и такие поместья и вотчины по заручным расписывать же.
8. А будет кто учнет Государю бить челом о поместьях, которые поместья да­ны на прожиток дворяном и детям Бояр­ским старым, которые от службы отставлены, и вдовам старым же, чтобы Госу­дарь их пожаловал , велел те дворянские и вдовицы прожиточные поместья дать им в пожить, и тем людям, которые учнут бить челом, под кем о поместье в по­жить, отказывать, и в пожить поместей не давать.
9. А будет кто сдаст поместье за ста­ростью дядя племяннику, или брат брату, а в сдаточной записи и о расписке в чело­битной напишет, что племяннику дядю, или брату брата до его живота кормить, а после того учнут бить челом дядя на пле­мянника, а брат на брата, что они их не кормят и из поместья выбивают, и кресть­яном слушали их не велят, и у таких племянников и у братьи те сдаточные по­местья взять, и отдати тем, чьи они были напредь того.
