15. А будет из за кого сбежит кресть­янка вдова, а муж её за тем, из за ко­го она выбежит, написан в писцовых или в отдельных книгах и в выписях, или виных в каких крепостях во крестья­нах или в бобылях, а сбежав та крестьянка, выдет за муж за чьего кабаль­ного человека, или за крестьянина, и ту крестьянку вдову тому помещику, за кем первой её муж в писцовых или в переписных книгах, или в выписях и в иных крепостях написан, отдати с мужем.
16. А будет первой муж той вдовы за тем, из за кого она выбежит, в писцо­вых и в переписных книгах и в иных каких крепостях не написан, и той вдо­ве жить затем, за чьей она человека или за крестьянина за муж выйдет.
17. А будет из за кого выбежит крестья­нин или бобыль, и в бегах дочь свой девку или вдову выдаст за муж за чьего кабального человека, или за крестьянина или за бобыля того, к кому он прибежит, а после того тот беглой крестьянин по суду доведется отдать с женой и с деть­ми тому, из за кого он выбежит, и с тем беглым крестьянином или и с бобылем прежнему его помещику отдать и зя­тя его, за кого он в бегах дочь свой вы­даст. А будет у того зятя его, будут дети с первой его женой, и тех его пер­вых детей челобитчику не отдавать.
